About Me
Posted in Adventure, Art, Books, Food & Drink, Work by Candice on April 10th, 2008 @ 12:18 AMYou know when you hear your own voice that’s been recorded on an answering machine or other type of recording device and it makes you cringe? That’s how I feel about reading/seeing my own posts. I always feel like I sound super stupid. Oh well. Here’s my first post. Making it easy on myself - an uncompleted list of things I’ve been into lately.
1. Neti Pot. Sorry to sound like such a fucking hippie. But it really works and it makes me feel good.
2. The New Astrology. Sorry to sound so fucking New Agey. It kind of blew my mind reading about myself and Joe. whoa.
3. Monocle Magazine. It’s a good magazine. And nice to look at.
4. Vintage logos. Found this today while I was at work.
5. Okonomiyaki. Yum. One day you’ll see me selling these out of a window or stall on the street.

6. Trouble. Our friend’s coffee shop. It’s close to our house and their breakfast is a real treat: young coconut cracked open for drink and flesh consumption, thick toast with butter and cinnamon sugar, and a suuuper good caffeinated (or non) drink.

That nose-water lady is creepy. Like a robot. She scares me.

okonomiyaki = happiness.
hiroshima style > osaka style.
and the wiggling fish skin they sometimes put on it is amazing to look at.
