I heard this song on a mix and have had it stuck in my head for a while. Then I found this video which uses the song too. Had no luck googling the lyrics. Joe or Sean, do you guys know anything about this song? Or any other similar artists?

I feel inadequate to describe this but it sort of reminds me of good Cure.
